Welcome to SoldOutPaws ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.


PRODUCTS & PERSONALIZATION

Our products are custom-printed using photos and personal details (such as pet names and dates) that you provide. By submitting a photo or personalization details, you confirm that:

  • You own the photo or have permission to use it, and it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights
  • - The content you submit is not offensive, unlawful, or in violation of any third party's rights

We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order that we believe violates these guidelines, and will contact you if this happens.

 

DESIGN APPROVAL

Before production, we provide a free digital preview of your design. Production does not begin until you approve this preview. Once approved, your order is considered final and enters production - see our Refund Policy for details on what happens after this point.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site - including our logo, designs, layout, and written content - is owned by SoldOutPaws or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos you submit for personalization remain your property; by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and fulfill your order.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoldOutPaws is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
