SoldOutPaws products are printed to order and shipped worldwide. Here's what to expect.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
Every item is custom-printed after you approve your free design preview, then shipped to you. Estimated total time from order to delivery:
- United States: 2-5 business days (Standard shipping) or 4-8 business days (Economy shipping)
- - International: 10-30 business days (Standard shipping)
These are estimates, not guarantees - actual delivery times can vary due to production queue, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free on every SoldOutPaws tee. No shipping fee is added at checkout for standard shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be - please check with your local customs office if you have questions.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at togoloss@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down or work out a resolution per our Refund Policy.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help if you catch the mistake before the order ships.
